The Canadian Mental Health Association's (CMHA) Ontario division has published a helpful guide for employees and employers as people increase their return to the physical workplace.

Highlights noted:

  • the natural effects of stress over a long period of time and the importance for implementing regular self-care to mitigate symptoms and issues

  • specific guidelines for employers: pages 13 -17

  • when to contact a mental health professional
