Sit, and take a moment. Breathe, and breathe some more. Notice what that's like.
Do a quick check-in on how you're feeling.
Sit with it and tell yourself: I'm allowed to feel this way. It's what makes me human.
Breathe in and repeat, and as your breathe out release any tension.
