Bridging the gap when connecting virtually

We are needing to exercise shifting how we connect in the absence of physical presence. Our own perspective can be key to flipping the switches in the brain which free up the space for trust and collaboration. In taking the time to "go inside" and first connect with ourselves while in the virtual presence of others can also help set the tone for our attitude, keep us focused and bring meaning to our relationships at work and at home. This article is helpful in helping us understand how the brain works when we are connecting, with helpful suggestion.
